WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Once your order is prepared and passed to the carrier for delivery, we will send an e-mall with the tracking information.
Express Shipping
If you would like to receive the goods sooner, it is possible to use our partnered express carrier service providers for additional charge. For express shipping options, delivery times & costs, please contact us before we ship your order via e-mail: [email protected]
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries, however we are currently unable to deliver to the following countries:
Russia
Belarus
Iran
North Korea
Free standard shipping is valid on all international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and custom duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complyIng with the laws applicable to the country where you live and wIll be responsible for bearing any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery of your order is delayed and you would like to find a solution, please get in touch with via [email protected]. In worst case scenario we will cancel your order and will provide full refund within 30 days from the cancellation date.

TRANSIT & SHIPPING TIME
These are estimates of the transit & shipping times for standard shipping option:
Europe: up to 1 week
North America (USA & Canada): up to 2 weeks
South America: up to 3 weeks
Other countries: up to 4 weeks
